What is Sadhana?
Human beings are essentially memory-based systems. These memories determine how a person interacts with the external world. From sexual behavior to survival—everything is based on knowledge and experiences accumulated over years. Rising above the compulsive nature of these memories, which force us to see the world only through a limited lens, is Sadhana.
What is Shree Kriya Sadhana?
Every being—whether living or non-living—is a bundle of energy woven in a particular way. The goal of any sadhana is to unweave these knots. In Kriya Yoga Sadhana, we do this by using movements of the gross body.
Whether it is breath or sound, every movement either binds these knots further or releases them.
We will learn how the human body is woven and how, through "Shree Kriya," we can gradually loosen these knots and ultimately free ourselves from the limitations of bounded human existence.

Benefits of Shree Sadhana

Identity Detachment (Witness State)
From “I am thoughts” → “I observe thoughts”

-
Less reactivity

Freedom from compulsive patterns
