This Jnana Yoga sadhana explores the primary trap of memory which biases everything that a human experiences. This is known as "यथा दृष्टि, तथा सृष्टि"- the interdependent relationship between seer and seen.

In modern science, this is reflected in quantum physics, famously illustrated by Schrödinger's Cat Experiment, which explores the relationship between the observed and the observer. But this has been a fundamental pillar of ancient Vedic knowledge systems. Texts such as the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Brahma Sutras, and Upanishads all illustrate the same point. This concept is also reflected in different philosophical systems like Tatvamasi, the Hermetic Principles, or the idea that 'What you seek is seeking you

Then one question arises: can we reprogram our own conditioning, or see a different world by changing our own way of seeing?

This is 'Nataraj Parvati Sadhana' — cleansing the hard conditioning using the truth of Nataraj: 'Life and death / movement and stillness, are the same and the truth of Parvati: 'If they are the same, what guides me to wake up, live, and do my daily karma?'

This is called Damru, or cleansing human perception and neural networks by continuously trying to change the perspective mirror. It is a sadhana exercise to be able to see both life and death in the same subject. Most human AI knowledge systems will prefer life over death, and that lies in their own attachment to identity with their body.
