All donations are final and non-refundable.

If a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, you may request a refund or suitable credit within 7 days of the transaction

2. Program or Registration Payments

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before program start: 90% refund, 10% processing fee.

• Cancellations within 13 to 8 days: 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows: No refund.

• Refunds are processed within 30 days and credited to the original payment method.

• Transfers to a future program/date may be allowed under similar conditions.

3. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

If cancellation is due to unforeseen illness or emergency, please contact us with documentation. We may, in discretion, offer relief or transfer options.
