This Sadhana is liturgical and rhythmic, built around the classical forms of chanting and contemplation. Practice Components: • Daily puja instructions with step-by-step guidance • Chanting guides (audio + text) for Shiva mantras and stotras • Sacred calendar of Shiva-specific observances (Pradosha, Shivaratri, etc.) • Guided visualisations for inner worship
